How many daily sessions can I book on a weekly membership?
You can go as many times a week as you like. You can either pre-book a bed or walk-in without a booking as we currently have 3 beds available to those who would like to book and 3 available for those without a booking.
Do you have class passes/packages?
We do not have class packages because at Bay View we can guarantee 24/7 access with no capped sessions (unlimited sessions). Our membership options are realistic and non comparable to ‘class packages’ as we strive to proving a cost effective way to enjoying Reformer Pilates 24/7 at your convenience.
How do I gain access to the studio once I have paid for a membership?
Once you have purchased a membership of your choice, you will have 24/7 access via our app. You will then use the QR code or your phone (app fob) to enter the Studio. For those who wish to have a physical key pass, we offer this option as well but this will be an additional $20 per fob. PLEASE NOTE: Phone access is the easiest option as we will have an app and once signed in you will no longer need to open this app. It is as easy as tapping your phone and in you go.
Do you have a timetable?
No we do not have a timetable. Once a membership is purchased you are free to come whenever you like. No capped sessions when you have an active membership at Bay View.
Are you really open 24/7?
Our Studio is home to a convenient on-demand reformer Pilates system where you are led by a virtual instructor which have over 10+ years of experience at YR. We offer 20 different class styles, hosting 450+ classes with up to 20 different virtual instructors. The beauty about this system is that you can pause, rewind and choose your duration. We understand how busy life can be and giving our clients the 24/7 support is key. No set times. no bookings and total flexibility at the touch of your hand.
How long is a session?
We offer a wide range of durations to accommodate people who would like to attend during a lunch break or before/after work. Time is of the essence and at Bay View you really have complete control of how long you can spend working out. You can choose from a range of durations including; 15-20min, 20-25min, 30-40min & 45min+.
How do I use a reformer pilates machine if I am a beginner?
We have got you covered. No need to feel uneasy. We have a very specific introductory video on how to use our Reformer beds at Bay View which takes you through the bed itself. We also have a 4 week beginners challenge that focuses on the fundamentals of reformer pilates. The great part about our instructors is that even though they are not physically in front on you, they use the exact same cues you would normally hear in a person session. The only difference is that our sessions are pre recorded for your convenience so that you can go at your own pace without the uneasy feeling of having to keep up with the rest of the group in a regular session.
How do I gain entry to the studio as a casual?
If you are a casual all you need to do is purchase a casual session under the ‘credits tab’. Once you have paid and booked in your session you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the studio using our KISI app.
Do you need your own wireless headphones to attend a session?
This is completely up to you. If you wish to have a more personal session with no background noise and just focus on what the instructor is saying then we recommend pairing your wireless headphones. There will be headphones in our Studio that will be available to be purchased during staffed hours and these will be priced at $15. You also have the option to play your session out aloud but that is completely up to you.
Will you have staffed hours to assist people when signing up?
Yes, we have staffed hours that will be regularly updated to accommodate for everyone. You can keep up to date with our staffed hours through our social media pages, website and Studio windows signage. We will be able to assist you with any sign up queries/concerns during these hours. We also have a email and phone number if you are unable to catch us during these hours.
Am I able to focus on a specific body part when working out at Bay View?
You are completely in control of your own workout. You choose the category you want, the duration, equipment, instructor and even level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). For example: if you wanted to just focus on ‘legs’ for one session then you will have a wide range of sessions (30+ sessions) to choose from. Each session will target different muscles making it fun and exciting each time. No need for repetitive sessions at Bay View, we have got you covered with over 450+ classes to choose from.
What security measures do you have in place for those people coming late at night?
We have 24/7 cctv in operation for your safety, a fully monitored access control door that only members will be able to access and a duress button in case of an emergency. Your safety is our priority and that is why we have provided you with a secure space to feel comfortable in at any time that suits you.

How do I book a class?
Book in advance through the Glofox app, or on the spot if walk-in beds are unavailable.
