Meet Emma

With over five years of experience teaching Pilates across a variety of studio settings, Emma brings a thoughtful, informed and deeply personalised approach to movement. She has completed clinical Pilates training and has a strong working knowledge of anatomy, allowing her to confidently support clients with injuries or specific conditions.

Emma’s background in nutrition and personal training gives her a holistic understanding of health and wellbeing, bridging the gap between intelligent movement, strength, and sustainable lifestyle habits. Her sessions are designed to help clients move efficiently, build strength safely and feel empowered in their bodies — whether they’re rehabilitating, returning to exercise, or simply wanting to move better.

Outside the studio, Emma is a mum of two, stepmum of three, and a small business owner with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best through movement and nutrition. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing clients move pain-free, gain confidence, and become stronger and healthier in both body and mind.
